ApplyImpulse's Offset Argument

It appears if I ever apply any other offset than Vector3.Zero, it does something completely different than expected.  The comment says a position in world coordinates, but it seems to be more like a position in model space.  What am I misunderstanding?

The parameter is an offset in world space, not a coordinate, so think of the position of the object as the origin when applying impulses. Not really the same as model space since the world orientation still applies.
